Renovació dels paviments mitjançant recobriment asfàltic dels carrers de Mas, Barcelona, Montseny, i de Rafael de Campalans de l’Hospitalet de Llobregat, atès que presenten greus problemes que es manifesten a les calçades executades amb mescles asfàltiques en calent, problemes per falta de material i fragmentació (“pell de cocodril”) en la capa de rodadura, deformacions del ferm i fallades estructurals en les capes de base i sub-base, d’acord amb la Memòria valorada obres d’asfaltatge als carrers Mas, Barcelona, Montseny i de Rafael de Campalans a l’Hospitalet de Llobregat.
