- Le remplacement des automates de régulation actuel par des régulateurs associés à la supervision (avec logiciel libre de droit et mise à jour gratuites).
- La mise en service au fur et à mesure, en parallèle de la dépose des équipements remplacés.
- La formation du personnel de l'établissement et du personnel de maintenance.
