Договір буде укладений відповідно до вимог Особливостей здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11.11.2022 № 1275 "Деякі питання здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану" (зі змінами та доповненнями) та норм Цивільного кодексу України.
