2.2 Predmetom zákazky je kompletná obnova a rekonštrukcia existujúceho objektu obecného úradu vo Veľkom Slavkove. Stavebné úpravy zahŕňajú najmä zateplenie fasády, strechy a stropu pivnice spolu s výmenou strešnej krytiny, okien a exteriérových dverí. Súčasťou projektu je tiež sanácia zavlhnutého muriva, modernizácia vnútorných rozvodov (vody, kúrenia, kanalizácie) a inštalácia úsporného plynového kotla s tepelným čerpadlom. V neposlednom rade rekonštrukcia rieši bezbariérovosť budovy prostredníctvom vybudovania vonkajšej rampy a osadenia schodiskovej plošiny pre imobilné osoby.
