Predmetom zákazky je výstavba nového bytového domu v širšom centre mesta Topoľčany, katastrálne územie Topoľčany. Výstavba nového bytového domu sa bude realizovať na pozemku kde sa nachádzal pôvodný bytový dom, ktorý bol asanovaný. Pozemok je členitého tvaru, z troch strán je vymedzený ulicami: ul.
