a) Predmetom zákazky je rekonštrukcia kúpeľní a izieb Kliniky detskej oftalmológie v NÚDCH podľa opisu predmetu zákazky tvoriacej prílohu č. 3 tejto výzvy. b) Bližšia špecifikácia predmetu zákazky je obsiahnutá opise predmetu zákazky (príloha č. 3 tejto výzvy) a v podrobnej špecifikácii uvedenej v spracovanom výkaze výmer (príloha č. 2 tejto výzvy). c) Predmet zákazky musí byť vykonaný v zmysle aktuálne platných predpisov, vyhlášok a na základe požiadavky verejného obstarávateľa. d) V cene za uvedený predmet zákazky musia byť započítané všetky náklady zhotoviteľa (uchádzača) súvisiace s vykonaním predmetu zákazky, a to vrátane nákladov súvisiacich s dopravou na miesta plnenia zmluvy. e) Pokiaľ táto výzva alebo ktorákoľvek jej príloha obsahuje akýkoľvek odkaz na konkrétny tovar, výrobok, dodávku a pod., môže byť takýto tovar, výrobok, dodávka a pod. nahradený ekvivalentom spĺňajúcim rovnaké technické vlastnosti a/alebo technické parametre. Uchádzač je povinný použitie ekvivalentu vo svojej ponuke výslovne uviesť, vrátane uvedenia identifikácie ekvivalentu a jeho technických vlastností a/alebo technických parametrov.
