Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je provedení stavebních prací a dodávek nutných pro realizaci stavby označené jako „Dispoziční úpravy bytové části objektu č.p. 35, Říčany - 3. NP a byt č. 17 ve 4. NP (dále jen „Dílo“). Dílo spočívá především v provedení stavebních úprav 3. NP a bytu č. 17 ve 4. NP stávajícího objektu (čtyřpodlažního domu), při nichž dojde ke změně dispozic a úpravě počtu a velkostí bytů. Součástí díla jsou rovněž demoliční práce včetně vybourání některých stávajících stěn a příček a odstranění stávajících vrstev podlahy a stávajících podhledů ve všech místnostech, demontáže některých stávajících výplní okenních a dveřních otvorů, vybourání otvorů ve stávajících příčkách pro nové dveře a vybouraní otvorů pro nová okna ve dvorní fasádě. Budou odstraněny některé zařizovací předměty. Dojde k odstranění obkladů na zdech a oškrábání maleb v upravovaných prostorech. Budou vybourány otvory pro rozvody vytápění, vzduchotechniky, elektroinstalace a zdravotně technické instalace. V rámci Díla budou vybudovány nové příčky, podhledy, podlahy a další konstrukce. Stěny mezi byty budou dozděny. Budou provedeny nové elektroinstalace, rozvody a instalace vytápění (ÚT), zdravotně technické instalace (ZTI), vzduchotechnické rozvody a zařízení (VZT) a další dodávky a práce.
