Le présent marché a pour objet la refonte complète de l'écosystème digital mutualisé de Roannais Agglomération et de la Ville de Roanne. Il comprend la conception, le développement, l'hébergement et la maintenance d'un socle multisite reposant sur un CMS open source, incluant le site principal commun Ville / Agglo, ainsi que la reprise de 14 mini-sites existants et la création d'un générateur de mini-sites. Le futur dispositif devra notamment proposer une expérience centrée sur les besoins des usagers, optimisée pour les supports mobiles, accessible conformément au RGAA, écoconçue selon les principes du RGESN et interconnectée avec les différentes solutions métiers des collectivités. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires
