Description

Le contrat comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Livré en 2004, le jardin Bonaparte possède des zones platelées en lames de bois. Ce platelage, soumis à des conditions extrêmes (U.V., humidité, air et eau salins…) de part sa localisation, mais aussi à l'utilisation des usagers du parking Bonaparte et aux promeneurs, nécessite d'être complètement refait. Cette réfection se fera par le biais de la création d'une structure porteuse composée de poutres et lambourdes imputrescibles, adaptée aux différentes zones, qui accueillera un lattage par lames de bois exotique. Cette prestation comprendra la fourniture de l'ensemble des pièces de bois (poutres, lambourdes, lames), plots polymères, quincaillerie et vis inox nécessaires à la bonne mise en oeuvre. La dépose de l'ancien platelage sera effectuée en régie par les équipes du Centre Technique Municipal préalablement à l'exécution des travaux objet du marché
