The Department of the Chambery basin and Combe de Savoie is procuring the reception and treatment of waste at the contractor's professional waste drop-off site(s). Waste comes from all departments and services of the Department and falls into two categories: category 1 covers non-hazardous and bulky waste such as cardboard, wood, paper, tyres, green waste, household electrical appliances, glass, rubble, plaster, industrial waste, scrap metal; category 2 covers hazardous and chemical waste such as aerosols, paints, phytosanitary products, batteries, soiled packaging, coolant and brake fluids, oil filters, lamps, acids and bases and cleaning products. The framework agreement will be executed through purchase orders, each lot awarded separately, with unit prices and possible renewal under the public contracts code.
