Description

Le marché consiste à réaliser et livrer des travaux d’impression sur supports spécifiques pour la ville de Brignoles. Il s’agit de la relance du lot n°3 du marché précédent. Ce lot n’a pas été reconduit et fait donc l’objet d’une relance avec des modifications. En effet des produits ont été ajoutés au bordereau de prix unitaires et la pose de ces produits est intégrée au marché lorsque la commune en fait la demande. Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre multi-attributaire à marchés subséquents sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de commande, avec remise en compétition lors de l’attribution des marchés subséquents passé dans le cadre des dispositions des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-10 du code de la commande publique. L’accord cadre sera attribué à deux titulaires maximum, sous réserve d’un nombre suffisant de candidatures et d’offres. Le montant maximum de commande est de 30 000 € H.T pour toute la durée du marché. Pour information la dépense du lot n°3 au cours de la dernière année du marché est de 7 500 € H.T.
