Description

Marché public de prestations intellectuelles passé selon une procédure adaptée en application de l'article R.2123-1 1° du code de la commande publique. Marché à tranches tel que défini aux articles R. 2113-4 à R. 2113-6 du Code susvisé et en partie sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande en application des articles R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 du Code susvisé. Tranche ferme à prix global et forfaitaire : diagnostic de la cyclabilité des 42 collèges et définition d'une stratégie départementale. Tranche optionnelle à bons de commande sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 30 000 Euros HT : élaboration d'un Plan Vélo pour les collèges choisis. Le délai d'exécution de la tranche ferme et forfaitaire est fixé à 6 mois ; ce délai court à compter de la date de notification du marché. La durée de la tranche optionnelle à bons de commande est fixée à 3 mois ; ce délai court à compter de la notification de la décision de son affermissement, par ordre de service.
