Description

The project involves the construction of two single occupancy industrial units. The units comprise of steel portal frame, cladding, reinforced concrete floor, roller shutters, curtain walling and personnel doors. A level of infrastrcuture works has already been carrired out but final drainage and utility connections are required. Queries issued after 2nd October 2026 may not be responded to in full. Whilst queries will be accepted up to 7th October please consider issuing final queries by 2nd October in order for the Client's Team to provide a more robust response. REMINDER: Please review the mandatory criteria document before considering a tender submission. If you cannot meet the mandatory criteria in Appendix J Part 1 your tender will be disqualified.
