Framework agreement for studies related to a white paper on land-use planning and architecture

The buyer is procuring a framework agreement for assistance with studies of several smaller issues connected to the preparation of a white paper to the Norwegian Parliament on land-use planning and architecture. The framework has an upper limit of NOK 550 000 excluding VAT for 2026, and the buyer expects to use the full amount. There is an option to continue the framework agreement for 2027, subject to assumed funding and the buyer's needs. If the option is exercised, the final delivery deadline is 30 June 2027; otherwise the final delivery deadline is 30 November 2026. The estimated value is up to NOK 1 100 000 excluding VAT including the option. The estimate is not binding, and a detailed description of the deliverable is provided in annex 1 to the agreement.
