The procurement concerned the preparation of a technical work project and a detailed design (PVP) for the reconstruction of two sections of regional road No. 2202 Kaipėda-Veiviržėnai-Endriejavas, namely the section from km 31.414 to km 32.060 and the section from km 32.560 to km 33.600. The notice announces that, in accordance with Article 29(2)(2) of the Public Procurement Law, the procurement procedures have been concluded because all tenders submitted for this procurement were rejected. No contract will therefore be awarded for these design services on the basis of this procedure.
