The procurement concerned the preparation of a technical repair description and the execution of ordinary (simple) repair works on regional road No. 4504 on the Skaudvilė-Upyna-Balsiai route, specifically the section between kilometre 10.24 and kilometre 14.05. All bids submitted in the procedure were rejected because the offered prices were considered too high and unacceptable, exceeding the funds allocated by the contracting authority for this procurement as fixed and recorded in its internal documents prepared before the start of the procedure. In accordance with Article 29(2)(2) of the Public Procurement Law, the procurement procedure was concluded.
