Das CISPA informiert über die geplante Ausschreibung für eine Rahmenvereinbarung für die Herstellung und Lieferung von Merchandise-Artikeln. Der Auftrag soll in folgende Fachlose aufgeteilt werden: LOS 1: Kleidungsstücke (Oberteile) LOS 2: Sonstige Kleidungsstücke (Mützen, Krawatten etc.) LOS 3: Rucksäcke und Taschen LOS 4: Schreibmaterialien, Blöcke, Kalender LOS 5: Handyhalterungen LOS 6: IT-Artikel (USB-Sticks etc.) LOS 7: Anhänger, Pins, Lanyards LOS 8: RFID Kartenschutz LOS 9: Spiel- und Freizeitartikel (Frisbees, Kartenspiele etc.) LOS 10: Banner, Ständer, Schilder, Planen LOS 11: Aufkleber, Postkarten, Flyer LOS 12: Lebensmittel (Gummibärchen, Bonbons etc.) LOS 13: Luftballons LOS 14: Haushaltsgegenstände (Tassen, Becher etc.) Es muss dem Auftragnehmer des jeweiligen Loses möglich sein, alle Mengen (auch 1 Stück) anzubieten und zu liefern. Ferner muss der Auftragnehmer einen Webshop vorhalten, der mittels OCI Punch-Out an eine E-Procurement-Plattform des Auftraggebers angeschlossen wird. Diese Vorinformation dient dazu, die Beschaffungsabsicht der oberschwellig auszuschreibenden Leistung bekanntzugeben.
