Um sicher zu stellen, dass die Betriebsbereitschaft der Hardware- und Software-Komponenten im Technikraum der RvZ in Oberwesel und der Bediengeräte an den Bedientischen aufrecht erhalten wird soll ein dementsprechender Vertrag abgeschloßen werden. Die Soft- und Hardware muss regelmäßig auf den aktuellen Stand der Technik aktualisiert werden um die Anforderungen der Betriebsbereitschaft und der Verfügbarkeit zu erfüllen und um gegen unbefugte Angriffe von aussen geschützt zu sein. Die Bediener und das technische Betriebspersonal brauchen eine Ansprechinstanz die ihnen hilft, wenn die Anlage ganz oder teilweise nicht mehr funktioniert. Die funktionale Weiterentwicklung des Kommunikationssystems muss sicher gestellt werden. Gegenstand sind Serviceleistungen für Technischen Systeme der Revierzentrale Oberwesel: - Hard- und Softwarekomponenten des Nautischen Informationsfunks (NIF) l - Sprachaufzeichnungsanlage - Serverschränke - Zentrale Bedientische - intergriertes Ansagesystem Die Hardware soll gem. der gesetzlichen Vorschriften nach DGUV-V3 geprüft werden.
