Description
* Згідно з підпунктом 5 пункту 32 підрозділу 2 розділу ХХ Податкового кодексу України, тимчасово, на період здійснення заходів із забезпечення національної безпеки і оборони, відсічі і стримування збройної агресії Російської Федерації, та/або запровадження воєнного стану відповідно до законодавства, звільняються від оподаткування податком на додану вартість операції з постачання на митній території України радіолокаційних приладів, що класифікуються у товарній підкатегорії 8526 10 00 90 згідно з УКТ ЗЕД, кінцевим отримувачем яких згідно з умовами договору визначено Міністерство оборони України, Збройні Сили України та інші військові формування, що беруть участь у здійсненні заходів із забезпечення національної безпеки і оборони, відсічі і стримування збройної агресії Російської Федерації проти України.
