Предмет на постапката за јавна набавка е набавка на стокиЧ една работна станица со периферна опрема и монитор, наменета за локално извршување и хостирање на софтвер од сопствено производство, визуелизација и други професионални пресметковни оптоварувања. Предметот опфаќаЧ работна станица со монитор минимум 27“, тастатура, глувче, кабли, адаптери, оперативен систем, инсталација, конфигурација, тестирање, гаранција, сервис и сите други трошоци потребни за целосна функционалност. Количина - 1 комплет. Неделливост на предметот и образложение Предметот на набавката се спроведува како една функционална целина и е неделлив, бидејќи работната станица, мониторот, периферната опрема, каблите, адаптерите, лиценците, инсталацијата, конфигурацијата, гаранцијата и сервисната поддршка претставуваат меѓусебно поврзан технички и функционален систем. Економските оператори треба да поднесат понуда за целокупниот предмет на набавката. Делумни понуди нема да се прифаќаат, со цел да се обезбеди единствена одговорност за испорака, компатибилност, пуштање во употреба, гарантен сервис и техничка поддршка. Окрупнувањето на набавката е оправдано поради потребата од целосна хардверска, софтверска и системска компатибилност помеѓу компонентите на работната станица. Со избор на еден носител на набавката се воспоставува единствена точка на одговорност за функционалноста на системот и се избегнува ризик од префрлање на одговорност помеѓу различни добавувачи во случај на дефект, некомпатибилност или проблем при гарантен сервис. Стоките треба да се достават, внесат и уредно да се позиционираат во просторија/локација определена од Договорниот орган во објектот Контрола на летање, на улица Босфор бр. 7, Мралино, Илинден, Република Северна Македонија, освен ако Договорниот орган писмено не определи друга локација за испорака.
