Predmet nabavke je sukcesivno pružanje usluga sječe, potkresivanja (orezivanja) i/ili dekaptacije bolesnih i potencijalno opasnih (po život i zdravlje ljudi te materijalna sredstva) stabala, kao i eventualno pruženje usluga (u ovisnosti od konkretnog slučaja) sadnje novih stabala od strane kvalifikovane stručne firme na području Općine Stari Grad Sarajevo. Usluge koje su predmetom ove nabavke se imaju izvršavati na osnovu pravosnažnih i konačnih upravnih akata donesenih u postupcima upravnog rješavanja u komunalnoj oblasti za pojedinačne mikrolokacije u skladu sa odredbama Odluke o sječi i potkresivanju stabala na području Općine Stari Grad Sarajevo ("Službene novine Kantona Sarajevo", broj 41/25), a kojim upravnim aktima se nalažu određene mjere, te poslovi i aktivnosti i čije provođenje u praksi podrazumijeva da je predmetna usluga u konkretnom slučaju/situaciji izvršena.
