Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky v koncesním řízení jsou služby (koncese), zajišťující bezpečné a plynulé provozování kanalizace a ČOV v majetku zadavatele, obce Římov, v období od 1.1.2027 do 31.12.2036, a to v souladu s národními právními předpisy, zejména zákonem č. 274/2001 Sb., o vodovodech a kanalizacích pro veřejnou potřebu a o změně některých zákonů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Provozování vodohospodářského majetku, tj. ČOV a kanalizace pro veřejnou potřebu, bude zajištěno v oddílném provozním modelu na základě koncesní smlouvy, uzavřené s vybraným dodavatelem v tomto koncesním řízení.
