Description

Planned Maintenance and Minor Works - planned repair and remediation identified from PPM and reactive attendance, or upgrade, modification, installation and other assistance on request from the University. Asset and Condition Appraisal - annual verification and condition review of systems within contract scope, making recommendations regarding life cycle renewal and planned maintenance priorities.
