-Support the strategic development and implementation of Agile Release Train (ART) principles within the programme -Support the ongoing live delivery of the programme work streams within these ART across multiple work streams -Minimise any negative impacts on delivery teams through ART rollout -Support Agile teams in the delivery of the ART features/components -Coaching team members across the ART to ensure principles are known, understood and the transition to ART is consistent across the programme -Develop communications plan to engage multiple stakeholders at all levels across the programme -Ensure risk and escalation processes are in place to support the ART -Oversee governance and run appropriate ART forums/sessions (i.e. scrum of scrums, PI planning) -Provide input to the ongoing development of the Value Stream Award against framework: Scottish Government Temporary and interim staff services frameworks 2023 to 2027 (SC Ref:830453)
