The lots include ready-mix concrete C20/25 (16 m3), impregnated roof timber (2.5 m3), building sand (5 m3), B500C reinforcement steel (2,375 kg), cement, bricks, waterproofing products, Roman roof tiles, XPS boards, tile adhesive and grout, masonry blocks (10 cm), a septic tank ring and cover, sanitary ware (toilet, basin, shower and taps), cut-to-size marble thresholds, a kitchen worktop (5 m), floor tiles 60x120 cm (80 m2) and melamine panels (48 m2) for kitchen furniture.
