The Municipality of Nikolaos Skoufas invites tenders for the supply of plants and growing substrates for the period 2026-2027. The substrate (topsoil/planting soil) will be used to enrich and improve the soil when planting is carried out. The plants will be used to redesign and upgrade the environment in public communal areas of the municipality, including squares, parks, traffic islands, flower beds and planters. The scope covers the delivery of both the soil materials and the plant material needed for municipal green-space works.
