The required products are a five-pack of CSi SAP2000 27 Ultimate Academic Cloud Sign-In Licenses and a five-pack of CSi ETABS 23 Ultimate Academic Cloud Sign-In Licenses. The procurement is being conducted through a negotiated procedure without prior publication. Eligible businesses can submit their bids under this negotiated procedure without prior publication to provide the requested cloud sign-in academic software packages.
