Το αντικείμενο της υπό ανάθεση σύμβασης αφορά στην Επικαιροποίηση του Γενικού Σχεδίου Ύδρευσης (Master plan) της ΔΕΥΑ Τρίπολης. Η αναθεώρηση του υφιστάμενου Σχεδίου (εκπόνησης 15/03/2022) καθίσταται αναγκαία και επιβεβλημένη: Λόγω του νέου νομοθετικού πλαισίου, σε συμμόρφωση με τις διατάξεις των Άρθρων 34 και 35 του Νόμου 5037/2023, οι οποίες επικαιροποίησαν το Άρθρο 12 του Ν. 3199/2003.
