Description
The works comprise the partial demolition, extension and refurbishment of an existing vacant office and hostel building to create a mixture of self contained and mid market range flats. The building is formed in two block
North Block (3 storey): To create 12nr self contained flats
South Block (2 storey): To create 8nr mid market flats
