The Bank of England seeks a main works contractor for its Debden site. The works include installation of a hybrid air source heat pump replacing existing low temperature hot water boilers with electric boilers and additional heat recovery systems; air flow optimisation to HVAC systems; improved lighting controls and energy efficient luminaires across the site; improved metering and building control systems; lifecycle replacements including electrical switchgear (air circuit breakers), smoke and fire damper actuators and roof repairs; and maintenance of the building fabric to preserve building integrity and security.
