The supply is divided into five lots: Lot A covers paper products; Lot B covers refuse bags; Lot C covers cleaning and hygiene items subject to 24% VAT; Lot D covers cleaning and hygiene items subject to the reduced 6% VAT rate; and Lot E covers other cleaning and hygiene items, including bathroom and kitchen supplies.
