Mandat d’ingénierie comme Mandataire principal - Planificateur pour la construction d'un poste 220/65 kV et l'adaptation d'un réseau 65 kV, comprenant la réalisation des prestations des phases suivantes, définies selon le règlement SIA, notamment les règlements SIA 102, 103, 108 et 112 (2003) :  - Le projet de l’ouvrage (phase SIA 32) ;  - Les appels d’offres, comparaisons des offres, propositions d’adjudication (phase SIA 41) ;  - Le projet d’exécution (phase SIA 51) ;  - L’exécution de l’ouvrage : Direction générale des travaux ; Gestion des modifications et  documentation de l’ouvrage (phase SIA 52) ;  - La mise en service, achèvement (phase SIA 53).  Au sens de la SIA, le soumissionnaire offrira ces prestations pour l’ouvrage complet - en tant  que Mandataire principal (MP).
