Constitueix l'objecte del contracte l'execució de la totalitat dels treballs definits al PROJECTE DE MILLORA DEL FERM DE VARIS CARRERS DEL NUCLI DE TALAVERA (CARRER DE LA COSTA, CARRER DEL CASTELL, CARRER DE BAIX I CARRER MAJOR), redactat per l'arquitecte Santiago Gasull Marsans. Els treballs consisteixen en l'enderroc del paviment de formigó existent (amb tall previ amb disc de diamant i demolició amb retroexcavadora amb martell trencador), el rebaix de la subbase per a la formació de la nova caixa de paviment, l'estesa i el piconatge d'una subbase de grava de granulat reciclat de formigó, i l'execució d'un nou paviment de formigó amb fibres d'acer HAF-30/A-3-3/F/20-60/IIb+E de 20 cm de gruix, amb acabat remolinat mecànic amb pols de quars color, incorporant una franja central de 40 cm d'amplada de llambordes ceràmiques clínquer de color vermell de 240x120x60 mm, conformes a la UNE-EN 1344, sobre la superfície total d'actuació d'uns 2.000 m².
