The University of Brescia (Italy) is procuring an on-call service providing specialist support and training to promote the inclusion of students with disabilities, with a diagnosis of specific learning disorders (DSA), and with other vulnerabilities, within its services supporting the right to study. The contract lasts 48 months and may be extended by a further 6 months. It is awarded through a negotiated procedure without a prior call for competition under Article 50(1)(e) of Legislative Decree 36/2023.
