Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до вимог Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі - Закон) та Постанови від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» (далі - Особливості) Очікувану вартість закупівлі природного газу розраховано відповідно до ПОЛОЖЕННЯ про покладення спеціальних обов’язків на суб’єктів ринку природного газу для забезпечення загальносуспільних інтересів у процесі функціонування ринку природного газу щодо особливостей постачання природного газу виробникам теплової енергії та бюджетним установам, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 19 липня 2022 р. № 812( зі змінами)
