Закупівля відповідно до Постанови від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» (зі змінами та доповненнями), відповідно до вимог Рамкової угоди, що укладена між Україною та Європейським Союзом щодо спеціальних механізмів реалізації фінансування ЄС для України згідно з інструментом Ukraine Facility, яка ратифікована Законом України від 06.06.2024 № 3786-IX, відповідно до Постанови КМУ від 15.11.2024 року № 1318 «Деякі питання реалізації інструменту Ukraine Facility»
