Prevoz pacijenata na hemodijlizu za dijalizne centre Banja Luka i Laktaši Ponude se dostavljaju u posebno zapečaćenoj koverti, na kojoj mora da bude naznačeno: naziv i adresa ugovornog organa, naziv i adresa ponuđača, broj nabavke: 3428/2026, naziv predmeta nabavke i naznaka: "NE OTVARAJ - OTVARA KOMISIJA" na adresu: JZU Zavod za dijalizu i transplantaciju Republike Srpske, Ulica Vidovdanska 8, 78000 Banja Luka. Ponude se predaju lično na JZU Zavod za dijalizu i transplantaciju Republike Srpske protokol ili poštom preporučeno, a primaju se do 02.10.2026. god. do 9 časova. Neblagovremene i nepotpune ponude se neće razmatrati. Javnom otvaranju ponuda uz prezentaciju pismenog ovlaštenja može da prisustvuje predstavnik ponuđača. JZU Zavod za dijalizu i transplantaciju Republike Srpske ne snosi nikakve troškove ponuđača u otvorenom postupku. Naručilac zadržava pravo da poništi nadmetanje ili odbije sve ponude u bilo koje vrijeme prije sklapanja ugovora u skladu sa članom 69. Zakona o javnim nabavkama BiH ("Službeni glasnik BiH" broj:39/14,59/22 i 50/24)
