Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la conduite des prestations de transport, d'emballage, de manutention, de convoiement, de montage et démontage d'expositions et éventuellement de prestations associées au dédouanement d'oeuvres d'art pour le Département et essentiellement pour le Musée départemental Maurice Denis situé à Saint-Germain-en-Laye. (Yvelines). Procédure adaptée ouverte (Article R2123-1 1° - Inférieure au seuil des procédures formalisées - Code de la commande publique) Accord-cadre à bons de commande avec un montant minimum de 10 000,00 euro(s) HT et un montant maximum de 100 000,00 euro(s) HT mono-attributaire de services. Les prix sont unitaires. Le contrat est conclu pour une durée de 12 Mois à compter de la notification du contrat. Le contrat est reconductible, de manière tacite, 1 fois pour une période de 12 mois
