Description

Le présent marché a pour objet l'exécution des prestations de traiteur sollicitées à diverses manifestations récurrentes, ainsi que des animations et événements ponctuels, au moyen de l'émission de bons de commande, au fur et à mesure de la survenance des besoins. La forme retenue pour l'exécution du contrat est celle de l'accord cadre à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum multi attributaires fixé à 210 000 euro(s) HT en application de l'article R2162-4 2° du Code de la commande publique. La répartition entre les membres du groupement est définie dans l'article 3 du CCP. Les délais d'exécution des prestations sont définies à l'article 4 du CCP. Les prix du contrat sont unitaires et les modalités de révision sont définies à l'article 8 du CCP. Les conditions de réalisation des prestations sont définies à l'article 5 du CCP. Les pénalités sont définies à l'article 11 du CCP. Une clause de non exclusivité est définie à l'article 2.2 du CCP
