Description

Procédure adaptée (art L2123-1 du Code) conformément aux articles R2123-1, R2123-4&5 du Code. Cette consultation fait suite à la résiliation des deux précédents marchés conclus dont le dernier, en cours d'exécution au lancement de la présente consultation, prendra fin le 31 décembre 2025. Le nouveau marché doit prendre le relais dès le 1er janvier 2026. Il s'agit d'un marché conclu à prix global et forfaitaire. Le contrat est souscrit à effet du 1er janvier 2026 ou de la date de notification du marché si celle-ci est postérieure, pour une durée ferme jusqu'au 31 décembre 2027, avec faculté pour les deux parties de résiliation annuelle sous préavis de six mois avant l'échéance du 1er janvier. Une prestation supplémentaire à réponse obligatoire est prévue pour l'assurance protection juridique des agents. Le candidat doit indiquer, distinctement de l'offre de base (=assurance élus), le montant de la prime correspondante et les conditions d'assurance. Pas de variante
