L'Institution Intercommunale des Wateringues, confie au Titulaire les prestations suivantes : - des levés bathymétriques, afin d'estimer précisément le volume de sédiments présent sur la section concernée et d'obtenir un relevé du profil en long et en travers du fond dur du canal, ainsi que la localisation et l'épaisseur des sédiments ; - des prélèvements et analyses de sédiments, afin de juger de leur aptitude à la valorisation agricole ou à leur traitement comme déchets ; - des prélèvements et analyses d'eau, afin de caractériser la composition chimique de l'eau avant désenvasement. Les prestations comprennent les installations de chantier, les fournitures et consommables toutes sujétions, l'amené, le conditionnement, le transport de toutes les matières et les matériels nécessaires ainsi que leur mise à l'eau et le repli. L'accord-cadre fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations.
