Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la conclusion d’un contrat-cadre régissant les modalités de prestations de maintenance des espaces verts des sites et locaux gérés par l’Hospice Général. Ce contrat-cadre vise à couvrir des prestations récurrentes sur plusieurs années, et non un achat ponctuel. L’Hospice Général souhaite ainsi conclure un contrat-cadre avec une (1) entreprise adjudicataire afin d’assurer les travaux de maintenance des espaces verts de manière régulière, en fonction des besoins qui se présenteront au fil du temps. Le contrat-cadre sera conclu pour une durée initiale de trois (3) ans , avec possibilité de prolongation de deux (2) périodes supplémentaires d’une année, d’entente entre les deux parties, en fonction des besoins et de la performance du prestataire ( soit une durée totale maximale de 5 ans ).
