Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Les stipulations du présent Cahier des clauses administratives particulières (CCAP) concernent des prestations de dératisation des sites de SITREVA. SITREVA est un syndicat intercommunal de traitement et de valorisation des déchets ménagers. Le présent marché a pour objet la lutte contre les rongeurs sur les différents sites de SITREVA. Il comprend notamment le fait de: - Détecter et d'identifier la nature des nuisibles, appréhender les risques de toute infestation ; - Prévoir et mettre en oeuvre les moyens nécessaires afin d'assurer efficacement la lutte contre ces nuisibles ; - Veiller au respect des bonnes pratiques de la profession afin de préserver l'intégrité des usagers et/ou des occupants, des animaux domestiques et d'espèces non ciblées, des locaux et de l'environnement d'une manière générale
