Description

La présente consultation concerne des prestations d'entretien des stades de pelouse végétale de la communauté d'Alès Agglomération. Au titre du présent marché, les fournitures nécessaires à l'exécution du marché (engrais, semences, désherbants, sable...) sont fournies par l'acheteur public (les machines nécessaires à l'entretien des stades sont cependant mises à disposition par le titulaire du marché). Le présent marché est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande conclu sans montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum annuel de 40 000 euros HT. Il est conclu pour une durée initiale d'un an à compter de la date de notification. il est renouvelable 3 fois par période d'un an de manière expresse, sans que sa durée maximale, toutes périodes confondues, n'excède quatre ans. Dans le cas où le seuil maximum de l'accord-cadre est atteint en cours d'année d'exécution du marché, c'est-à-dire avant le terme de la période contractuellement déterminée, il pourra être reconduit expressément par anticipation. Aucune variante acceptée. Critères d'attribution : Offre économiquement la plus avantageuse appréciée en fonction des critères énoncés dans le cahier des charges (Règlement de la Consultation). Financement du marché : fonds propres de la Communauté Alès Agglomération. Paiement par virement bancaire dans un délai de 30 jours. Application d'intérêts moratoires (BCE majoré de 8 points) et indemnité forfaitaire pour frais de recouvrement de 40 euros. Variation des prix : fermes, révisables annuellement en cas de reconduction.
