L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Le présent marché est un marché de service. Il concerne le nettoyage et l'entretien des locaux de l'école primaire de Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio. La prestation consiste à nettoyer les 14 salles de classes, les sanitaires et toutes les pièces de service nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l'école. En dehors des périodes scolaires, le bâtiment fonctionnera en mode « centre de loisir ». La prestation de nettoyage s'étendra sur seulement une partie de l'école.
