Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la préparation, la livraison et le service de repas pour les personnes âgées à l’occasion de l’évènement du repas des aînés (service en salle et portage à domicile). Chaque année au printemps, la commune de Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy et son CCAS organisent un repas pour les ainés avec animation musicale sur 3 dates. Ces temps conviviaux sont l’occasion pour les seniors de se retrouver, d’échanger, de renforcer leurs liens sociaux et ainsi de contribuer à lutter contre l’isolement. Les caractéristiques techniques principales du marché figurent au cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP) et au Bordereau des prix. La procédure de passation utilisée est : la procédure adaptée ouverte. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 1° du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre mono-attributaire avec un montant minimum et maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande : Montant minimum annuel : 20 000 € HT / Montant maximum annuel : 45 000 € HT-.
