Moldtelecom S.A. in Moldova has extended the deadline for applications in its selection procedure to identify and contract a supplier of digital services: remote electronic identification, advanced electronic signature and qualified electronic signature, to be offered to Moldtelecom customers on a revenue-sharing basis. The partner will work with Moldtelecom to expand digital services for individuals, legal entities and public institutions using Moldtelecom's network and channels. Applicants must operate commercially proven digital platforms and software, have technical integration and support capacity, hold ISO 27001, ISO 9001 or equivalent certifications, and show relevant project experience. Applications must be submitted by 18 September 2026, 12:00. Interested companies should send a letter of intent, a signed NDA and a short company presentation to victor.gherasim@moldtelecom.md to receive the full selection documents.
