Обект на обществената поръчка е “Предоставяне на услуги по застраховане на имуществените и неимуществените интереси на „ВиК” ЕООД - Пловдив по обособени позиции”. Позициите са: 1) Задължителна застраховка „Гражданска отговорност”; 2) Застраховка „Имущество“; 3) Застраховка „Автокаско“ на МПС по приложен списък; 4) Групова задължителна застраховка за риск “Трудова злополука” и Доброволна застраховка “Злополука” с изплащане на медицински разходи; 5) „Обща Гражданска отговорност на ЛИК” и „Професионална отговорност на участниците в проектирането и строителството” . На основание чл. 21, ал. 6 от ЗОП Възложителят ще възложи изпълнението на услугите по застраховане по позиция 4) Групова задължителна застраховка за риск “Трудова злополука” и Доброволна застраховка “Злополука” с изплащане на медицински разходи и по позиция 5) „Обща Гражданска отговорност на ЛИК” и „Професионална отговорност на участниците в проектирането и строителството”, по реда на чл. 20, ал. 4, т. 3 от ЗОП чрез директно възлагане, тъй като общата им прогнозна стойност не надхвърля 20% от общата прогнозна стойност на поръчката. Посочените прогнозни стойности по отделните позиции са ограничителни за Възложителя. Участник, който предложи по-висока стойност от посочената прогнозна стойност по конкретна обособена позиция, ще бъде отстранен от участие на основание чл. 107, т. 1, т. 2, буква „а“ и т. 5 от ЗОП. Всеки участник в процедурата за възлагане на обществена поръчка може да участва за една или повече обособени позиции=
