С настоящата обществена поръчка се цели да се сключи договор при условията на чл. 182, ал. 1, във връзка с чл. 79, ал. 1, т. 3, б. „в“ от ЗОП с изпълнител, на който да бъде възложено предоставяне на услуги по доставка на питейни води, отвеждане и пречистване на отпадъчни води. Реалната стойност на договора ще бъде определена от реалното потребление в обектите на Възложителя за срока на договора, като общата стойност се формира на база цените определени от КЕВР.  Услуги по доставка на питейни води, отвеждане и пречистване на отпадъчни води следва да бъдат предоставяни за обекти на ТП „ДГС  Добринище“, находящи се на територията на община Банско, а именно: Административната сграда, с адрес: гр. Добринище, ул. „Иван Козарев“ № 9.
