The exercise will help inform future strategy development by assessing market maturity, operational considerations, resource requirements, and the risks and benefits associated with different delivery approaches. Network Rail will be holding supplier engagement sessions in London on 13 and 14 October 2026, providing an opportunity for suppliers to learn more about this forthcoming requirement.
